These classes blend traditional Hatha flow with focused work on backbending and hip-opening postures. We’ll explore fluid transitions that cultivate openness, strength, and balance—creating a practice that’s both grounding and expansive.

These classes explore the body–mind connection while building strength and stability. We’ll work on different entries into arm-balancing postures and experience arm balancing as both a playful and meditative practice of presence.

Morning classes (6:30 a.m. IST, Monday–Friday): A balanced Hatha flow focusing on strength, flexibility, and alignment to start your day with clarity and energy.

Afternoon classes (4:00 p.m. IST, three days a week)
